Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your GIA pieces, but if something isn't right, we offer returns for store credit or refunds on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene liners in place.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the return authorization slip inside the parcel.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Processing and Credit
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your store credit or refund to be issued.
